It had been almost three months since Ranbir and Naina had shifted to Delhi after their marriage. As both of them worked for a corporate company, they could hardly get some quality time to spend with each other. With the hectic job of 9 to 6 on weekdays and sometimes at weekends also, they were feeling exhausted and needed a break badly. So Naina requested Ranbir for a short trip in the upcoming weekend. Ranbir took some moments to recall whether he had any important work or not but then finally agreed. Now the question was, where to go?

Naina being an adventurous girl, loved hilly areas, so she suggested for Manali. Ranbir freaked out as he had a fear of heights so he immediately declined. As it was mid-March, ideal time for the adventurous people to enjoy the adventures like trekking, river rafting, paragliding and other mountainous adventurous plus Naina wanted Ranbir to overcome his fear of heights so she got rigid to go Manali. After declining a number of times, he finally gave in and agreed for the trip to Manali. They packed their bags with some woollen clothes along with the other necessary stuff and took an overnight bus to Manali. As they sat inside the bus, Naina could see the nervousness in the eyes of Ranbir. Naina held Ranbir's hand gently, looked straight into his timid eyes and said, "Believe me, this trip will be a life-changing experience for you." Ranbir just replied by blinking his eyes.

They say, people move mountains for their lovers but there he was moving to the mountain for his lover. As they reached there in the morning, they took a room in a hotel. After freshening up and having a light breakfast they decided to go trekking. As they were about to take their first step for the trekking, Ranbir stood standstill and looked up at the mountain, Naina understood his fear so she grabbed his hand firmly and started to move forward. As they progressed, Naina started to enjoy the mesmerizing beauty of the place with her god gifted natural lens, while Ranbir walked straight like a bull, without looking here and there. Within two hours they had walked around ten kilometres. Ranbir tried to look down and again the fear of height started to scare him and he started shaking. Even though it was cold there, Ranbir had sweat in his forehead. Seeing him, Naina stopped, rubbed his shoulder and told him to calm down but Ranbir told that he couldn't go further. Naina didn't want to end the trip like this. The adventure had just started and he was freaking out, so she tried to encourage him.

She held his hands and told him to look in her eyes and told that "fear is just an illusion and this illusion is stopping you to enjoy one of the best moment of your life, to witness the scenic beauty of nature. Please don't let this illusion spoil your life-changing experience. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and then open your eyes. Spew all your fears and negativity and embrace courage and positivity from the scenic beauty of nature." Suddenly Ranbir started to feel energised by the words of wisdom from his love. He closed his eyes, took a deep breath and then opened his eyes and saw something which left him in awe. The place was breathtakingly beautiful surrounded by the alluring valleys, spectacular mountains and sweet little town wrapped in lush greenery. He was lost in the mesmerizing beauty of nature. Within a few minutes, all his fears had vanished. He started to feel fresh and lively. Naina was enjoying seeing him lost in admiring the beauty. She felt proud of herself for vanishing his fear of heights and hugged him tightly. As the trip progressed, Ranbir enjoyed each and every moments to its fullest. Indeed, it was a life-changing trip for Ranbir.
