Motivation-The Nectar of Life

Jenny was a fun-filled enthusiastic girl. An ambivert who would open up to people only with time. For her innocence and true nature she was loved by all her elders. She was average in studies. The motive of her parents was to bring her up as an achiever in life and for that they sacrificed whatever they could because they were not educated.

All their efforts to educate Jenny and make her an achiever got fulfilled but only partially because although she fared well she wasn't an achiever. Today she is a Director of her own educational institution. What do you think turned around her life?

Parents support? To a great extent but not totally

It was when she joined her newly opted subject's tuition - Accounts.

The tutor not only taught her the subject but brought her talents to the fore by motivating her. It was only by his motivation that she herself realized her strengths.

In this society today where we have cut throat competitions, it is a good way to motivate our children to love the things they do, show them their strength and then we will see that success will come on its own..
