Dear diary,
Today I do share the benefits and precautions of 'sarvangasan' which I do for 5 minutes. As the name suggests 'sarv+Ang+asana'which means this asana is useful for the whole body. In this asana, our legs from the back region should be 90 degrees to our head. This asana should not do the person having back pain, neck pain, spondylosis, high blood pressure, etc. As the name suggests this asana is beneficial for the whole body. It is good for maintaining hormones, thyroid gland, pituitary gland, helps to reduce weight, improves metabolism, reduces depression and so many benefits we get from this asana. So one can hold according to our capacity from one minute to five minutes. After sarvangasana one should do matsyasana for reducing neck pain. Matsyasan should do one-fourth of the time of sarvangasan.
