આપણને આપી છાંયડો
પોતે સહ્યા કરે તાપ
એ એક જ હોય બાપ!
 
આજીવન ખર્ચાયા કરે
નિ:સ્વાર્થ પણે અમાપ
એ એક જ હોય બાપ!
 
પ્રેમ દરેકને કરે સમાન
ઓછો વધુ ન હોય માપ
એ એક જ હોય બાપ!
 
વિકટ સમયે ઉગારે
ક્યારેય ના ખાય થાપ
એ એક જ હોય બાપ!
 
જવાબદારી એજ જીવન
એમાં નહિવત ન હોય કાપ
એ એક જ હોય બાપ!
 
આંગળી પકડી તેમણે
ત્યાગી ના કરશો પાપ
કેમકે ફરી નહી મળે, બાપ!
