The Unanswered Call!

Today, after months, in noon, I had decided to call my dear,

I was nervous, but had to overcome my fear!

I called but...

All my excitement vanished hearing that lady's words,

She said - "The person you are calling is unable to answer you right now. Please try again later"!

She says, I must call later, but he had given me the red signal on his phone,

I wasn't going to call later because I didn't want to disobey his any tone!

I got upset, not with him but the rejection,

But I knew, ignoring me on the line was not his intention!

I followed his rules but still didn't succeed,

Now I feel like, a habit of such failures, I will need!

I cried after that, curling myself, holding my doll,

Because my heart was broken by that unanswered call!
