Family Tree

It all started with a seed,

Planted in the deep enrichment of the soils.

And grew with the strong foundations of ancient roots.

It blossomed into a tree with imperfect coils.

 

The trunk is our strength holding us all together,

It lifts us up to the sky, allowing the sun’s light fall upon us

It’s been with us since the beginning.

It’s been growing with our generations.

 

The leaves are all so similarly different,

Some wither and fall, but new one always forms.

Their memories sometimes always last,

They say “Don’t grieve. Remember our laughter and song.”

 

It all started with a seed that built our family tree,

Our ancestors built a strong trunk which developed into a connection of branches

Some may break and fall; sometimes there may be loops,

But the tree always remains beautiful.
