POEM-TRUE HAPPINESS
POEM-TRUE HAPPINESS
What is true happiness?
A smile on a baby’s face
All by God’s grace
The sun shining bright
Filing everything with light
The blooming flowers in the garden
Will help everything brighten
Chirping of the birds and whirr of wings
Are the most magical things
The streams shining in daylight
Is the most beautiful sight
Stories from grandparents are the best
This leaves everything at rest
Food cooked by mother
Is relished by sister and brother
The smiling of nature
Is its greatest feature
The crops shining in fields
Ready with their yield
The butterflies dancing
Leaves us glancing
The squirrels playing hide and seek
Makes us happy at the peak
A silent prayer
A sight very rare
Yes this is true happiness
For which we should have thankfulness
