The Feel

It’s like being in a room with no window and no door.

It is so dark and the room is cold.

Cold like the tips of the fingers are numb.

Numb like each beat of heart bumps against the chest.

Chest feels like a drum..

Drum like I can feel it’s vibration on floor..

The floor is too hard.. the gravity is pulling me down..

Down like there is no end to the depth I fall in..

Falling like endless sliding into a dark hole and it’s on loop.

Loop like every time it repeats it hurts more than before…

Hurts like the pain that is not physical but can be felt in bones…

Bones are like they can’t bear the weight of the body no more..

Weight feels like the kind you feel while having a nightmare…

Nightmare like it’s just the eyes are open..

Open like you know it’s real and wish it was not..
