'She' Is A Girl Too

She opened her eyes so big and so bright

Her face so small and so cute with no flaws

Like an angel just fell from the sky

But no one can listen to her, no one can see her

Because she is dead before she can come in this world

She was killed she was buried by her own parents

By her own family who didn't even see her

She was innocent, she did not commit even a single crime

Her only mistake was that she was a girl child

She was pleaded guilty in the court of society

No lawyer can save her because her own parents were against her

She too wanted to see this world

She too wanted to feel love

But she ended up dead and deep inside the sand bed

She couldn't shout, she couldn't cry because she wasn't even nine months before she died

I ask, what was her fault? She was a girl, that's all you need to kill an unborn

I request you to please open your mind because you are killing innocent just for stereotype

Save girl child not because she is a girl but because she too wants to live just once
