Without you I am

In the island of tears, 

Left amidst the unknown fears, 

Dreams and hopes are shattered into sand pebbles.

I scooped up a handful of sweet memories, 

Smeared all over my body like dust, 

A soothing balm to heal my wounds. 

I am throttled by the fake promises made and crashed in no time. 

When my world collapsed, 

Only my eyes rained.
