Writing With Pain

I close my defeated eyes

When you start scribbling on my eyelids..

You ignore all my depressed sighs

Demanding to be let out even if my body forbids..

Some times, you come out as water drops

Some times, you turn up as a wordy corpse.. 

Some times, you simply lock yourself up

Letting me wander around like an abandoned pup.. 

A friend once asked me in vain 

If my poems come out of an idea sink.. 

I pointed out to you - my dear pain 

And let her know that you are my magic ink..
