I Won'T Celebrate

What does this New Year going to give?

The Restless job or the casual leave

The global war or the universal love

The oxygen tube or a hanging rope

 

No one is bothered about child labor

Law and orders are only in the paper!

For their publicity some people gather

Even the dead will wake up for a dollar!

 

There are numerous poor houses

How many of us visited that place?

The humanity have gone into piece

Let us unite to get back the peace!

 

Even I won’t celebrate this new year

There are so many things to take care!

Today I have closed my bed room door

Only divine songs I am going to hear!
