Rain And Clouds
Rain And Clouds
I fear those monstrous clouds
Of gloom that bring along doom
Gathered around me in clusters
I fear those angry thunderbolts
Posing glumly to threaten me
Shivering hands raise in prayer
Oh Almighty! Don't you feel pity?
Then the collosal rain showers
Like a bleeding wounded heart
From those blue eyes of the sky
Like a mourner at the funeral
Of my dreams and the wishes
But not a hand wipes my tears
World goes by and nobody cares
After the tormenting ordeal of life
Comes the fiery shower to halt
A smiling rainbow colours the sky
And reminds me a worthy fact
For a pretty rainbow to bless
It's a must to drench in rain first
