I Wish I Could Live Again!

She loved counting stars with her.

As a kid,

Those were the moments she did consider.

But as time flew by,

Other priorities were kept high.

`No time' she would always say,

Whenever her mom asked her to stay.

Losing the peace she once had,

Running behind money was just making it bad.

She was too busy to take her time out.

For the ones,

Once she loved to hang out.

It was a never-ending race.

And she was lost in that chase.

Not realizing what she is missing on,

Till the time she lost her mom.

Life had its own turn,

To make her realize ,

what she really yearns.

Looking at the stars,

She stood there alone.

Seeing how brighter her mom shone.
