That’s art
If they’re strokes, words or notes, it doesn’t matter
Cause when you make art
You set yourself free
And if I hold this art back
It will surely shatter me
Then all my dreams
And all my ideas
And all this limitless creativity
Will flee
Will be free
Will pour out of me
With such ferocity in such velocity
That the world will feel
That this is what it needs
This is what it wants
What it desperately seeks
For all this imagination
Is surely its salvation
And this

Words
Of
Mine
Are not just simple words
Cause they’re coming out in verse
And maybe you call it poetry
For me, it’s just serenity
And I
And I’m finally free
These words
Of
Mine
They’re my wings
They give me flight
So now I join the birds
In their limitless heights
But hold on tight
Hold on tight
Cause it’s all in my mind
It’s on the brink
It’s on the edge
It’s on the cliffs
Of my wildest dreams
And my fantasies
So I’ll hold on tight
And never let go
Of this imagination that’s letting this flow
Letting me go
Letting me grow
