Beginning of 2017 unfolded many

Opportunities and hope with

Commencement of examination

Holidays and family union.

Few days of enjoyment

Backed by numerous workload

Stepped to a research world with

Companion of glasswares and chemicals.

Lab started embracing me

Soon became my second home.

Laptop being on all the time

Eyes browsing for journals.

To conduct experiments meticulously

Patience to be a key factor

Hold your breath when you fail

Keep your belief intact.

October brought a recreation period

Spent a quality time with relatives

Mesmerising moments captured

With the blue stretched sky

November prepared for upcoming events

December occupied with conference

A lot of intellects and interesting topics

To learn and diversify the knowledge

New places I explored fully

Boosted up my spirit, accomplished plan

That I had in my mind before

The flavour of success- tangy with sweet

But this year ended with one loss

Loss of near ones can’t be healed.

2017 could have not been better.
