Oh! The Stairs

Oh ! But the stairs of mystery and fame

Unknown high your spirals rise

I am a little human who keeps dreaming

To reach till the end, tall and wise.

Oh! But the stairs, it’s dark out there

And my candle’s light is low

My horsemen have all dispersed from here

To let me fight all alone.

I always wished I would know

Where my cautious steps would take me

For, there is little knowledge of where you go

But, many beginnings to foresee.

Oh! But the stairs of beauty and hope

Your mystery brings me here

For I have never been so deeply attached

To the heart full of Fear.

My thoughts have found you,

In my minds forsaken bay,

To make me dream again.

To show my soul,

The hope to win,

The fear of loss and pain.
