One Year Down And Forever To Go

 

The Sakura tree,

Were witness to our first kiss

The spring was within.

 

We watched the buds bloom,

Into beautiful flowers,

Our love blossomed too.

 

Then came the summer,

Of growing heat within us,

And cooling it down.

 

Summer of ocean,

Erasing things from the past,

And making future.

 

The rain poured that year,

As hard as our love for each other,

As fresh as our love.

 

We tightly held hands,

As we searched for the shelter,

And our first rain dance.

 

With the autumn leaves,

Our love also fell apart,

Winds blew us away.

 

Our roots remained there,

To sprout again, our fresh love,

They too saw us kiss.

 

The winter came cold,

But fire kept on burning,

And love did not freeze.

 

We kept ourselves warm,

Felt each other's burning skin,

Promised forever.

 

Our one year down and,

A forever to go on,

This love which will never end.
