A Lady In White

Met an old friend                    

Walking down the street

Both sat on the wall

Chit-chatting happily….

Boundary wall broken

Some boulders are also seen

Gate made of wooden fence

Stood beside me….

Appearance of flashing light

Brightened up the dark

Slowly the vision transformed

To a lady dressed in white….

Were scared and frightened

Didn’t know where to run

Me half out of the boundary wall

And the other behind the fence….

She moved closer towards me

My heart skipped a beat

Flung my hand into the air

Uttering stop don’t near me….

Our hats strewn on the ground

But that let it be

What a terrifying moment it was

Not sure it’s a dream or reality….
