Deafening Silence

As he closed his eyes, he appeared all alone in a place filled with professionals.

People were busy moving around the roads for their living. 

As he was collecting his memory,

A blonde woman in red attire smiled through her eyes and approached him.

His heart was beating with pace, and the sweat was all over his suits.

The chatting voices faded everything came to a halt.

Someone called his name before he could react

The place was covered by identical gentlemen

Trying to covert him as one of them.

As the crowd exerted pressure and attacked him

He started running away from the crowd,

The chase was on and the phone call gave

Him freedom from the haunting dream.

The dream chased him until one day he learned to handle the

Bullets fired at him by those gentlemen with the tie.

He learned to rule the world, which no one ever did

But the gentleman persisted with no mercy they

Showed their authority and strength on the novice,

But with his belief and skills, he trashed the hurdles and

Learned to fly above the tie men.

The war still continues where a crowd awaits to bring him down

But he stood up for himself through the virtual world.

Anderson, Neo, John Wick lives within us.

Social anxiety is common among introverts, but one needs to standup by accepting oneself.

Being gentlemen with ties doesn't give you an authority to thrash.

Leadership is about bringing the best from the people

Without judgment and humiliating others in the crowd.

In a world of Agents, being Neo is difficult but not impossible.

Each one has an identity, don't change it for others.

Social anxiety is common, but being ambi-vert is possible.

Respect people for what they are, dictatorship is not a leadership every introvert has a war within,

appreciate their efforts don't execute them as they make an effort.
