My Friend

My feet became weary

By traveling in search of a friend

I met a few wrong ones

Who, my name would besmirch

I fell in potholes many times over

And started wondering, will it happen ever?

I know no friends who walks with me

Except my soul ,wherever it be

My friend is awake, even when I sleep

No chance of betrayal, all confidence can keep

All flowers may fade,my friend is all fresh

Never lets me down, when I lose a race..
