My Life Is Fading Day By Day!

When you were a little boy,

Everyday I used to drop you to school,

With a hope you to gain good knowledge, 

To learn moral values,

I had all the positive vibes,

To make you a gentle man! 

As time went your behaviour changed,

You turned from a weak boy to a strong man,

You left me all alone with tears,

You turned your back and walked away!

Often I wonder if I'm the reason for your pain,

You didn't want me to stay anymore,

Everyday I dreamt of how perfect my life would be?

If you were here!

You would protect me from all my fears,

You would hold me in your arms,

You would wipe away my tears,

You would never leave me,

You didn't even bother to call me,

And it hurts me so much!

My life is fading day by day,

The day you left me with a clause,

Of never taking me back with you,

Words can't describe how scared am I!
