Down The Memory Lane
Down The Memory Lane
Yesterday, as I was cleaning my old cupboard,
Came across an album full of pictures very old.
In one of the pictures, I was clinging to my mother,
In other smiling and posing with elder brother.
One of them has brothers and sisters, all five,
Other one on a bicycle learning to drive.
These pictures were dull, all black and white,
Followed by pictures, colored and bright.
It was my birthday when this picture was clicked,
From the market, a heart-shaped cake we had picked.
At one of the functions, my friends made a mess,
I loved myself in superman’s dress.
In a marriage all of us were in brand new coats,
In a family picnic, enjoyed the ride in boats.
Picture in college dancing on the stage,
That was life’s most memorable phase.
Sitting on a bike with college friends,
We were the ones who make the trends.
These are the pictures of my beautiful life,
Here I am, enjoying my past, with my wife.
