The Road Not Taken
The Road Not Taken
The road not taken,
Are the roads never stitched after a broken past.
Befuddled with the thoughts of going back,
That bifurcated years ago,
Some mishaps scratch the door of my heart,
Sins we did in the name of love
Still fresh in my blood;
Weren't you supposed to be
My last breathe in a deserted land?
Leave! Maybe I don't match
With the angels you want to fetch,
You clogged your road
& I left it with my wounds.
Possibility to our coalescence
Tends to the roads of impossibility.
Inevitable our roads seem,
Which are never to be taken!
