With pieces of memory, he leads his life.

Loved by everyone for his gentleness,

A true passionate scientist.

A team player while trashing the evils,

By directing anger against the darkness.

Though he works hard on himself, still he is a slave

By hurting himself with the beast within.

Others see the beast in him, but not the loved one.

Even as a beast, he persists to save them,

As his true nature and love defend his anger.

Everyone has a Bruce Banner in us.

With time we do possess hulk,

In unforeseen circumstances as it reaches the flashpoint.

It’s not necessary to deal with the situations as the hulk.

At times fleeing from the occasion is required to reduce the damage further,

Be it relation or harm for people around us.

Develop resilience to be socially alive with others being the antidote.

Unfortunately, affection is the antidote to anger and hatred.

An uncontrolled emotion leads to destruction.

Be it anger or love.
