She opened her eyes to see everything dark

From a corner she just heard a dog bark

With head aching

And body shaking

She tried to remember what had happened

But sadly all her thoughts were already blackened

Before she could think she heard some sound

Maybe there were people and she hoped to be found

She stretched her neck

Grabbed her strength

And yelled out loud

To her surprise, her yelling lacked a sound

There were screams of people and beating of the drum

She didn't even know

If it was a town or a slum

Before further thoughts, she felt a prick

Someone lifted her up and she heard the door creak

She again fell asleep into a deep sleep

No one knows what happened in that leap.....
