Shadow

Running away, far away,

From the arrows chasing;

From the battle cries

Hunting them down,

Mercilessly killing them;

Endangering them.

After a long day, a tiring day,

Of escaping the vicious weapons

Constantly firing, and hunting;

She rests peacefully,

Under the shadow of her mother

Feeling safe at last…
