I Miss Me

I miss the old me;

The cheerful me,

The blissful me!

I wonder how the things changed;

I wonder how the time changed,

I wonder how I used to carefree wander;

I wonder how much I was tender!

Demented me still ask questions to heart;

What agony is he suffering through which is like a cart,

To my awe my heart reply;

“You are on the path of being a sly!”

The mind effortlessly stated

“No wonder the mankind around

You will not be by waited!”

My perception awoke and thought for a while

Says “Leave the rest and just smile.”

Still the me is not the happy me,

So my heart and mind is in awe.

'Cause I still miss the old me;

The cheerful me,

The blissful me!
