Mr. Maths

Whenever I open my NCERT mathematics book,

I always think of doing something else rather than having its nasty look.

I always wonder what is beyond the pages,

That I am never able to understand till ages.

An alien lives in this book cover,

Who wants to make me a maths lover.

But maths is like a devil to me,

The haunted appearance of it only I am able to see.

The numbers and formulas haunts me in my dreams,

Before exams, they always take out my shouts and screams.

Mr. Maths is in hunger of revenge with me,

But I am in dilemma that I can't see.
