The Fight Back
The Fight Back
Small, ordinary and petite.
She is dusky and often been part of others.
Where her origin, gets consumed, and she gets dumped carelessly.
She gets thrashed and buried, but she waits for her time,
Without any sign of hope as she struggles to survive.
The sun gleams, and the rain nourishes her, with the encouragement
Of warmth and quench of her thirst,
She seeks the opportunity and stands out to face
The world full of challenges.
She can bear fruits, vegetables, lentils, and flowers.
It all takes the hard work and fight against the odd situations for her to
Possess the fodder, beauty, and scent of the world.
Once she has been ignored and dumped, now people appreciate her with money.
The world can't exist without her.
Plant her she will find her way out to relinquish you,
give her space to grow, as she deserves a place on
Earth as much as we do.
Celebrate birthday party, anniversary, valentine's day,
by gifting her life.
She is compact and can turn someone’s garden,
With her offspring’s by expressing more love.
Who will be blessing others, on her corpse wrapped in paper,
When the intention is to convey affection?
Love is not about plucking or throwing her; it’s about
Strengthening the loved ones, when we, start valuing others,
We make efforts to nourish them, for making them better,
Without suffocating them in the name of love.
Be it a seed or people/gender nourish them, with freedom.
The poem is about the fightback, of the seed against the odds,it is applicable for all gender, especially women and transgenders
They have the same rights as men. It's not appropriate to abuse them, help them out while, they struggle to make an identity of their own.
Be it of the help of any order, support them. They are the driving force of inspiration.
