Bidding Adieu

The time has arrived to bid goodbye,

Go ahead beyond the limits of sky.

Burn yourself into the flame of hard work,

And shine like a star

Breaking away all the high set bars.

But never forget this school,

Which has groomed you to standout in the crowd,

This is where your journey commenced,

And memories created to be cherished till the end.

Participation in annual days was great fun,

Teasing the weird of class was ignored by none.

As soon as the bell rung,

All stood up for lunch prayers which you never sung,

Stealing the lunch was motive of bunch and eating it with loud munch.

Exam time was no less,

The students who didn't study earlier were more stressed

Calling up peers at midnight to ask doubts,

We ended up discussing pics uploaded on insta in pouts.

Having the bond with some of the mates,

Together with whom you dreamt of your fate,

But now the whole fantasy world seems to be vanished,

Career is the priority for which you have panicked.

But friends this is ultimate truth of life one day everything has to end,

To accept it you have to bend.
