It's Not The End Yet
It's Not The End Yet
You know what started to end soon?
The end which was itself a full moon.
We forgot that the coming fortnight
Needs another new moon.
We forgot what's now a silver
Would for once become
Our golden noon.
You judged it too early,
I interpreted too late.
We often talked about
What more we need to prune.
We never sat with the songs
That allowed us to croon.
We thought we're heading fast
But we didn't even pass the June.
We had too much patience
To see all the withering dune.
But I see a mirage at the end
I see us having water full of spoon.
Let's keep walking into its weather
To find the right winds
Taking us to our beloved half moon.
