Yujo (friendship)

We could have never met each other

If that day we didn't make the choice of

Continuing the conversation.

We could have lived like strangers

And still, be happy withholding

Any void in our life called an adventure.

But that September we met, my friend

We made our choices and let our fates

Intertwin and then we were a part of a pious

Bond called friendship.

Our friendship was deeper than sea

And our bonds were stronger than any other

Relationship.

We cried together, laughed together

Got busted together and took the blame together

We became an integral part of each other's life

Its a privilege to ride the rollercoaster of life with you.

Even though sometimes making time for each other was hard and we could see the connection

Getting lighter we still worked our friendship out and with every, up and down in life, we grew, together.

We knew we could rely on each other

And am grateful life gifted me with a friend like you

From food to clothes to heartbreaks and my highs

I shared everything with you

My dear friend, I love you.

Never have I thought life would gift me with you

I can only say thank you

Even if I turn back time I would choose and even if I

Escape to future it would still be you

And now, in present, am happy because am with you.
