MOON Vs STARS

When you call me your moon

Treat me not like a star

Though decked I may be with many a scar

But the latter can ne'er be at par

Millions may twinkle near you all the time

But you can see my continuous shine

Twinkling love-lights come and go

But mine will be an immortal show

They shine like the burning sun

In this love- race trying to ;me outrun

But I'll shine with my cool white light

An amalgam of my own spectrum

And anytime you find me amiss

I want you to always remember this

That they twinkle on for all alike

But it's only for you that I'll shine throughout life
