I saw your face across the block,

Your movements were brisk,

You seemed to be in a rush,

Still, your eyes in postulation,

They were tantalizing,

You glanced at me, I guess,

But, soon after, you,

You just faded into oblivion.

Leaving me there,

In awe, in mystery,

You captured my heart, stranger,

Maybe if life permits,

If Destiny allows,

Or if the rebel inside us emerges.

We'll meet again,

Some other time,

Some other days,

In some other world,

We'll meet again,

Perhaps then we would be something more than just "strangers"...
