Randeep and Sangeeta are appointed from Special Branch to investigate an unsettling murder mystery. As Six college students are decapitated and murdered in a gruesome way. Mugdha is an innocent girl is the prime suspect of this case as all the victims had proposed to her one by one. This murder mystery brings out all the dark secrets ahead. 

          

Synopsis

Mysterious murders of 6 college student take place and the whole college start to panic about the same. While everybody come up with their own conclusion, all the attention and suspicion goes to Mugdha. Mugdha is a 27 years old kind and beautiful girl with childlike innocence, with this she is the most mysterious girl in the whole college as even her best friend didn’t know much about her. Each boy who was murdered gruesomely had at least once proposed to Mugdha during college. But, their sudden murders raise a lot of questions among students and staff, while Mugdha denies the claims and accusations and try to hide from everybody in the college. 

An investigation by local police is conducted in the college campus where many students are interviewed and lastly Mugdha is taken under interrogation. During the process, Mugdha pleads police to leave her out of the picture and starts crying. Taking her plea into consideration, local police closes the case as “Unidentified”. 

But two most eligible, smart and intelligent Officers are appointed on this murder case after Three more students are abducted. Randeep and Sangeeta are high profile officers with many such cases solved during their careers. Once they re-open the case, they go through each and every little clue of evidence. Randeep finds out that all the boys abducted had another thing common between them, they were all politically and financially well-off. Sangeeta proposes a second angle that the murderer might be trying to kill because of money. 

While they are investigating the case, Randeep receives an anonymous call from the murderer, he informs Randeep about the 7th murder taking place and if he wants to stop it, then stop interrogating the case. Randeep agrees over the call but meanwhile, he tracks the call and reaches the location only to find out another dead body. While searching the place, he finds out a bracelet, Randeep doesn’t submit that evidence and keeps it to himself for private investigation. 

Media and politics build heavy pressure on Randeep and Sangeeta to finish the investigation and bring the murderer to the public. Both the officers go over everything again and interrogate everyone again but nothing comes forward. By this time, Randeep is tired of this case and wants to step back, Sangeeta is happy to lead. Randeep receives another call from the murderer that it is a good decision to step back as the other 2 students are alive and they will be killed soon. Meanwhile, he overhears Sangeeta mentioning her lost bracelet to another officer and the design matches the one Randeep found on the 7th murder site. 

Randeep starts finding out dirt on Sangeeta and shockingly he finds out that Sangeeta is always away or absent during these murders. After collecting more evidence, Randeep lends to a conclusion about Sangeeta being the murderer behind this case. Randeep calls the murderer and informs them about his comeback in this case. The murderer tells him to back off. 

Randeep tracks the call and reaches the location on time as the Murderer is trying to kill the 2 students. But to his surprise, another murderer comes to the light with an axe in hand. The murderer reveals and it is Sangeeta, second murderer opens the hoodie and it is the principal of the college. Sangeeta explains Randeep why this is all happening. 

A few months ago, Sangeeta’s sister Rashmi’s daughter was raped by these 9 men and later on decapitated. Since then, they both planned and strategized these murders. Randeep asks Sangeeta to surrender and trust the justice system of India. Sangeeta refuses and Randeep fires his revolver. This injures Sangeeta’s arm and she falls down. Randeep arrests both the sisters and rescues 2 men for further investigation about the Rape. 

Later on, Randeep reaches out to Megdha and explains the whole case to her. She feels safe and lucky as it could happen with her as well. Randeep shows interest in her life and finds out that she lives with her stepmother. Megdha always felt uncomfortable sharing her life with others and felt embarrassed about it. Randeep decides to rescue another person from this case and that was Megdha. Megdha feels safe with Randeep and agrees in staying with him till everything clears out. 

Sangeeta and her sister are glorified in media but by the court, they are bound to spend years in jail. The remaining boys are accused of rape and they confess their crimes.
