Traversing Tuesday

Days and nights are traversing seems time is flying at its own speed and another day that too a Tuesday passed. People seem to adapt themselves and feel ok with whatever is happening around them amidst taking all required care and precautions. I feel for that matter every Indian should feel proud of our armed forces who are fighting it out at the LAC. Drone attacks shown on Television in J&K are so frightening. We are already fighting the devastating virus attack and somehow managing lives and now we have security threats. Oh! It is so distressful. Work from home the new norm is here to stay for quite some time. I am also ok with this concept the reason being my children are with us and doing their work from home. Recently one of my old acquaintances called me from afar of place and I liked what she said. As per her view, this is a fantastic time to spend with grown-up children. Today I parcelled fresh veggies and fruits to my mom's credit big basket. Now there are so many services available in this category. This is real comfort I feel. Money definitely makes things possible. With a lot of drizzle and dark clouds hovering above coffee is the only booster of moods. A good cup of coffee and a book to read is what I mostly arrange for myself. It is so relaxing and refreshing. Eye exercises are the need of the hour for all of us, what with a lot of time spent in front of screens whether it is a laptop, mobile or television a tablet included too. It really works wonders. Eyesight becomes better. I have given it a try and feel it is worth a try. Speak out to your friends and family, enquire about the well-being of your elders and make good dishes for your young ones while taking good care of yourselves. My husband prepares a decoction of coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, and carom seeds it is a wonderful combination that lowers your blood sugar levels. So try natural products and feel healthy.
