'Can you please tell me about Ghontu bhaiya, I've heard about many of didi's friends how much he cared about Didi' asked Eager Advika to her mom. ' sure my darling,' mom replied.

Ghontu loved Didi more than anyone else. He could do anything to make her dreams come true. He could even give his life to do so. He wasn't her real brother, but Didi made him a brother by tying the rakhi. you must understand the worth of Rakhi.  Let me tell you about one such incident. . . . . . . .    It was a dream come true for Didi when she qualified for the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) entrance test for her post-grads.  Ghontu, the younger brother - who was around 18, took the charge for arranging the fee for Didi's admission. It was 20th April and the BHU counselling was on 21st - only 1 day in hand.

Ghontu and Didi tried their level best to arrange for the fee amount of Rs 10000. However, by the evening of the 20th, it was looking like an impossible task.   Miracles are the best part of life- then appeared Appu - the all-time support system for Ghontu. . . till date. . .  With his pet dialogue 'are batane chaiye tha' he waved his magic wand and the problem was solved. Appu was a student at that time just like Ghontu, Didi and others but was most resourceful of all.  Finally, Didi got admission to BHU, but the problems were not over. Mess-free and other day-to-day expenses were there. Ghontu was not very expressive but managed everything silently and supported Didi at every step so that she can complete her studies. He joined one of the famous Pizza Dine-in Restaurants- that opened recently in Lucknow at the first mall in Gomti Nagar, as a Server. He was smart, good looking and had fairly good English, so he was selected on the first go. He decided to bear the expenses of Didi while she was studying at BHU.

Few people used to feel sad about Ghontu as he had to take orders and serve people, but Ghontu personally always enjoyed what he did (let me correct it- always do the things that he enjoys). He was a superhero for Didi! When Ghontu was in school, during winters he took bath in the night and wore half of his school uniform before sleeping - in the morning he used to wake up 10 minutes before the school bell rang and wore his remaining uniform and leave :)  While studying, he used to listen to the songs on a tape recorder and later on FM. Everyone in the family found him weird for doing such things but he was like that.  He missed many Diwali, Holi and Durga puja due to his job in the restaurant. However, while remembering Pizza Dine-in Restaurant, Ghontu always remembered that he was the best server there and how they used to dance freely to the song.

A very happy Raksha Bandhan to all caring and lovely brothers. Please always continue taking care of your sisters the same way. . .

Vivaan, I may not always be by your side but I love you than anyone else in the world and will always be in your heart and always ready to help you.        There will always be that little boy in that elder Vivaan (I'm not sure whether he will grow elder it not ) whom I can always call my younger brother.
