As I walk by the paintings....I admire, discerning the alluring work of Art...

Fixed in the beautiful golden frame...was a royal hand-painted portrait of a middle-aged couple...clad in a pink grandiose traditional attire was the woman seated on a richly crafted chair.. with the robust bearded male standing beside her robed in a long coat up to the neck....rich, elite, mounted, affluent yet both appeared sedate and stony-faced. the weirdly in the portrait was that the woman in the portrait had held a very primitive looking doll made of fabric...and the man had a wooden toy bus...

A blend of splendid colors adorned the portrait which looked life like...praises to the artistic work created... "Thank you"... said the creator of this marvelous masterpiece...."But why the couple seems gloomy and why to seem to have the possession of child's play...in the portrait?"...I questioned..

The artist replied... "I made this portrait about 50 years ago.... the man and his wife just a year ago lost both their children in a plane crash....both the children...the boy and girl were around..8 and 11 years... they were off for a foreign vacation with their uncle....when tragedy struck.... their uncle was badly bruised but fatefully both the kids lost their lives"...

"The couple belonged to a highly respected and celebrated ancestry....both were in extreme deep shock.... and about six months after this portrait was made I heard that they both mysteriously expired...it seemed that they couldn't bear the loss....and life seemed to be a detrop".... Said the greyhaired hoary....

I was taken back..... silently is telling a story of solitude and congregation.....the portrait....
