The term cowboy immediately reminds us of a man who is muscular, well-built,smart, and a go-getter. In general speaking "cowboy" is an animal herder who tends cattle on ranches traditionally seen on horseback who performs a multitude of other ranch-related tasks. The cowboy went on to become a much sought after character who became a topic for many movies made with that character in the centre. Meaning cowboy movies were a hit especially during the 19th century onwards. The reason it is attributed to the vaquero traditions of Mexico that went on to make cowboys a figure of special significance and legendary. It is valid we talk about the artist Rudolf mauve a Dutch painter who was active between (1838-1888)He was Dutch realist painter who was a leading member of the Hague school. A master colorist he was a very significant early influencer on the cousin-in-law the greatest painter history has ever seen who is none other than Vincent -Van- Gogh.

With this painting in the backdrop as our prompt let us read a story that will be thrilling.

Willy a humble and God-fearing man got bored with his suburban life with a family to tend to as his income was meagre and limited. Yes, what can one earn in a remote village where there are hardly any options to earn money and live comfortably? One fine day he decides it is high time he gives a skip to the days work and think about a plan that will give him a chance to make his life much much better than what it was. The first step he took in this direction was to skip that day's work and spend his time in a nearby saloon. It was a local saloon but a popular one at that as the saloon was located on the highway and it saw a good number of visitors for hair cut of course. As he feels relaxed and independent of the days drudgery he walks with quick steps towards the saloon. While he was walking he notices two men riding horses of course they were almost walking, Willy understood they were strangers to the place who either must have come there by mistake or otherwise. Looking at them with strange glances Willy entered the saloon and was waiting for his turn. The two men too turned up at the saloon in few minutes. They too had no option but to wait. They sat beside Willy and started discussing something seriously.

He overhears the men be moaning about their bad luck which led to huge losses when they were betting on horses. Now, this was super news to Willy who was considered to have a Midas touch with regard to betting and gambling. He was known to have given his advice on betting and it turned out right. The two strangers obviously ignored the drunk man . How will someone believe a drunk stranger claiming his talent in betting games? It is quite risky also. But, William did not keep quite, he asked them to test his prowess at betting and only then they could pay him whatever money they wanted. The men fell into the groove as William was very confident. They finally decide to come together and go to a nearby city and bet on horses that run in race. Willy was happy and sad. Happy because he knew he will earn well and sad because he will have to stay away from his wife Kiky for some time. He somehow coaxes his wife to allow him to go the city and try his luck and earn good money. Kiky too felt it is a better decision. So,finally Willy would be traveling to the city along with the new found friends on horses. Willy was super excited. He would get to do his favourite job(betting on horses) and earn money from that . Kiky packed some clothes and they slept late in the night. William was not at all able to sleep. Well, he was thinking about the new chapter that is going to open in the next morning. He dozed of to sleep well past midnight only to get up very early in the morning. He very quickly finished his daily routine and with a heavy heart bade goodbye to his loving wife and proceeded to the motel nearby where the strangers would have stayed in the last night. By the way Willy had come along with his horse and all the three started galloping towards the city of opportunities.
