Swati was a very hard-working student and her hard work was very well reflected in her marks. She excelled in everything she put her mind to. No wonder she was teacher's favourite and was very famous at school. She believed that if anything is done with full commitment, hard work it was destined to excel. She was the only child of her parents and hence she got all the love, affection, care of her parents. Both her parents were renowned surgeons of the city, hence due to their hectic schedule she was not able to spend much time with them, but she had high regards for her parents.

She really looked upon her parents and wished she could become like them one day. Her parents were her inspiration and hence she had decided that she'll work very hard and one day she'll become the best doctor in the city.

Though being in a rich affluent family, yet she was grounded to the earth she believed in simplicity. She was a simple girl next door.

Though there was ample time for her to prepare for medicals, she often discussed with her parents her plans of preparing for medicals. The more and more she talked to her parents about their profession, the more she got inclined and determined to be a doctor.

Since she spent most of the time with books, she didn't have many friends. She had a limited friend circle and in that circle too, people were friends with her just because of her knowledge and studies. But that didn't bother her, since somehow she considered books her best friends. She felt so complete in the company of books as if there was nothing else she wished for.

Though being in a rich affluent family, yet she was grounded to the earth, she believed in simplicity.

But as they say, no matter how much you make plans, destiny has its own plan for you. The plans which are far better than your own plan, the only issue is we don't realise it at that point in time. Swati had only one dream and that was to become the best doctor. They say dream gives a purpose to your life and then you start living and breathing your dream and this is what exactly she started experiencing.

She firmly believed that Dreams are the fuel of Life, Bigger dreams, Bigger is Life. She felt extremely blessed to have found the dream and purpose of life.

It so happened one day while she was at home, there was a knock at the door. It was afternoon time, her mother was at home sleeping. She was not expecting anyone at home, and since her mother was sleeping so she decided to open the gate herself to check. It was really rare her mother got an opportunity to sleep and she didn't want to disturb her mother. She had no idea she was not merely going to open the gate to check for the visitor but would be opening the door to her destiny.

When she opened the gate, she saw an old man dressed in an orange dress. Though he was aged, yet there was a shine on his face. She was now confused as to what the old man was doing at her place and what he wanted.

Swati was confused and before even she could say anything, baba said, "Beta Swati. How are you? I am aware of your dream of becoming a doctor, but destiny has some different plans for you. And when this happens, you'll be prepared to take it on. You are a very strong and brave girl and I am sure you'll excel in it

Swati was perplexed hearing all this from him she said, "Baba, who are you and how do you know about my dream? Yes, my dream is to become a doctor and I'll become the best doctor in the city. And why are you saying this destiny had a different plan for me, and when this happens I'll be prepared for it?

No this can't be true, I'll become a doctor only. I 'll become doctor only and she started saying it loudly.

Swati, Swati, wake up beta, what happened, why are you shouting in your dream, both her parents were trying hard to wake her up.

When she opened her eyes, she realised it was a bad dream, she hugged her mother tightly and started crying loudly. Her parents tried consoling her, stating that it was just a dream and she should not be worried.

But for her, it was a harsh reality that had hit her. Though it was just a dream, yet she felt it was a reality.

She was not aware of the invisible storm which was approaching in her direction.
