Shhh... Deadness at your Door

"I never thought I would be there, hiding from the unexpected atrocities of the dark devil" said the purest of souls within me. I can still recall the past presence of penurious creature disguised in sterility of sunrays. It is always said that stars light up the sky with their healing beauty but it is not true in context to the experience that I gave on to. I was always an out of the blue loser of bullies. Physical energy regretted to be a source of my power and emotional disbalance was always there to support me in my hard times.

It was yet another day of dejection when it appeared.. bent black mast with fearlessly evil eyes, holding a stick to support herself she quickly submerged me in her lies. "I think you have lost your way" she said with her stone suborned voice. I confusedly replied "No ma'am, I surmise you've founded yourself with new thought of pathways." It seemed she didn't like my reply but still with her concealed grin she patted me. "Oh ma black book, glittering warmth and cheesy shocks, I command you to come back with a ruthless drop" she adjured. A binder of horror literacy appeared in her hands. It felt strange to look at it. With shimmering colors it read 'touch this knowledge to unveil yourself '.. I must agree interesting and curious too. A series of small picto-books were displayed on the cover which resembled the pile of notebooks kept on table for checking. She handed me that little piece of cognizance and faded away. That was the most astonishing aspect of my paranormal journey. I ran as quickly as I could.

That day my house surrounding felt dangerous and unguarded to beasts. Though the walls were lavishly covered with divinity, still horror jerks seemed to posses my body. I was eating my delicious feast when the lights went out. Cold spiny winds started blowing, extinguishing the saintly flames that arose. My mother who was sitting quietly in a corner of that room stood up and then.. her silence grew louder with the devil slogans she was preaching. I neither had the courage to stop her nor protect her from its influence. She flew in the air and came down with a wretched blow. Red eyes with vile intentions she spoke out "Read that books otherwise you will rot till death." My shout was loud enough for the croul (cruel soul) to run away and my mother to normalize as if nothing happened. "What is it dear, why are you bellowing?" she asked. I could do nothing but hold my airy tears back and fake the concern that I had for not only her but my entire family. "It's nothing.. I think I just saw a lizard feeding on a mosquito" I said as it was the only way to make them laugh in this momentous moment. I didn't know any sadhu or black magic equipper to help me out, so it was just me and that book.

The next day, I went to a temple to either free myself from that ghastly piece of annoyance or die without any reason. The book was undergoing a shock treatment when I kept it over the holy portrait of BajrangBali. And within seconds it got lost. Maybe it was the end of metaphysical schooling in my life. The portrait transformed itself into darker shades of red, making me imagining a scenario of God killing the dishonorable devil due to his sins. I jumped with joy and was happily mystified if I would be given a death sentence if it somehow escaped from the rule of Lord. Still there was a sigh of elimination of worseness. Sleeping was accompanied by faking holy terror consequences and gradually blanket protecting from souls that surround me during the devils juncture. They are the most humorously horror hours of my life.

It was one of the dark unknown secret which was in turn a secret to me that I had kept from my family for them to be safe. Even today when I try to remember the old lady with a book in hand, I cover myself in the sweetest arms of my table. You must be wondering why not a mother as she is the symbolization of peace and contentment. You may read the incident that happened with me.
