The driver heaved a sigh of relief as the fire God did not attack him. He was puzzled to see Roshan being unfazed.

"Aren't you scared of what just happened now?" he asked.

"Whatever has to happen it does happen. We cannot meddle with inevitable?"

They approached the stranded car that desperately needed help. Roshan peered into the punctured tyre that was compelled to trudge through this slushy road. He crouched down and did manage to fix the punctured tyre much to the relief of the driver.

"It's done!" he said.

"Thank you very much!" Ranjan said.

Prerana peered through the window as the voice of Roshan vibrated her ear cells but couldn't see his face clearly in the dark.

"Where are you heading?" Roshan asked.

"We have booked a hotel which is 20 kilometres from here, " Ranjan said.

"Oh, I don't think you will be able to travel in this slushy road."

"What to do?" Ranjan mumbled.

"If you don't mind you people can stay in my home until tomorrow morning, " Roshan said. "I don't think the rain will be taking a break today."

"What, staying in your house? Is your house similar to expensive rooms with high-class facilities?" Rahul asked.

"I don't reside in five-star hotels. It's a small house. If you guys want then you can stay there."

"Hell no," Rahul said.

"Or else you have to stay in the car tonight. The road is inundated and you can't take the risk to ride over here."

"Is this place safe?" Tamina asked.

"My intention is not to scare you guys but there is a possibility of elephants and tigers moving over here."

"Oh, my God! Please take us to your room, " Tamina requested.

"I am not acclimatized to staying in small huts, " Rahul said.

"Then you stay here and become food for wild animals, " Prerana replied.

"I am not going to force anyone. The decision is yours, " Roshan asserted.

Rain God refused to cease and poured out incessantly as if he was enjoying the company of the beautiful city. The family had a discussion inside the car about whether to stay inside or to go to Roshan's house. Initially, Rahul was in denial mode to leave the car but eventually agreed with the family that felt it was not fine to make him stay alone in the car when there was a danger lurking everywhere in the forest area. The trumpeting sound of an elephant echoed around amidst the outpour of rain.

"Oh, my God! There is an elephant over here!" Prerana looked perturbed.

"Don't worry! It's in a faraway distance, " Roshan said.

They all slipped out of the car with an umbrella protecting their head. As they were extra cautious about their body, they had donned raincoats as well. They followed Roshan who walked in the front. Prerana slipped as her foot came in contact with the skidding slush on the road. Roshan held her in the nick of time saving her from a nasty fall.

"Be careful!" he said.

Prerana felt a surge of happy hormones in her body the moment he touched her. She fell head over heels the moment she looked at him for the very first time.

"Hey, don't harm my sister, " Rahul raised his voice.

"He saved me from the fall, " Prerana responded.

For the very first time in her life, she had fallen in love. Her cute eyes refused to take their vision off him. Despite the external world creating chaos around, her internal world started drenching in the love rain seamlessly and peacefully. Her mind requested her to fall again so that her love can save her again. Is she going to trap Roshan in the love fall?
