Unfolding the era that I experienced is about the tragedy labeled Covid-19 which originated from the city of Wuhan, China which is like the wildfire of Australia spread to various countries worldwide. It is a completely new encounter for us.Covid-19 a newly discovered infectious disease caused by a coronavirus. People with this disease experience mild to moderate respiratory illness. The real epic pandemic is continuous in front of our eyes. It is just like a battlefield where we are at the war and we need to fight with Covid-19. To make oneself ready to fight for it. Few precautionary measures that we need to follow were washing hands with soap or disinfectant, a sense of security was assured by a mask, and social distancing. All these safety measures acted as a protective shield that safeguarded us from this Covid-19. The major role played against the virus was lockdown. A lockdown demands people to stay home safely and to reduce the risks of infectious viruses. This resulted in the bounding between families. We got a golden opportunity to explore ourselves in this scenario. Challenges caused by the Covid-19 have undoubtedly halted the world at ease and the virus freely moved on the pathways of trade capital and health of the people. It is the most bizarre sight to see the ‘patient dumping’. Physical and mental health are at risk. People enclosed themselves in homes, shops, restaurants, factories, industries all educational institutions were shutdown. All modes of transportation came to a standstill as a starfish. The sources of income were gradually seen vanishing. These are the most horrible days one could ever imagine. It is another world we are dragging ourselves to “new normal”. It is not a cakewalk, the world is fighting against the invisible killer. Everyone present in this world is going through a transformation. There is a celebration and enjoyment in nature as the pollution started decreasing. We started counting the blessing rather than regretting small issues. We recognize a connection with nature after glancing at the scarlet sun and rising with the chirping of birds. A catastrophe of unfathomable scale has descended upon mankind.
