Nerd Nadzooks - Entry 3

Dear diary,

Me and Em have been helping Kelly and her parents set up things. Her mom excluded a couple of things, the Sundae Bar and the all-you-can-eat buffet, because they were a bit expensive. So was buying SpongeBob`s costume, but they said we needed to make this birthday memorable for Mark. They even gave me and Emma FIVE dollars, just as a thank you for helping in the set-up. Mark will be SO surprised (and hopefully, happy) when he sees everything. This birthday gossip will probably follow him in his middle school years! I bet his friends will talk about for ALL eternity! 

Emma is kind of a DRAMA QUEEN, because today at school, this really mean janitor called LiverPool shouted at her for THROWING her chewing gum into the bin instead of gently dropping in it. Like, who does THAT? I felt real sorry for her! But she sulked all afternoon at school and didn't even eat her lunch in PEACE without a tear dropping! I think that janitor is a little SENILE and Emma? Well, she is totally INSANE! Sorry about that, Em! Kelly is all nice, but she doesn`t like eating asparagus, which I think is supposed to be healthy! But it`s got this really weird taste so I don`t like eating it either. Oh no! Mom is calling! Elly has probably been telling her severe untruths! WHY does she never mind her OWN business? Probably because … she doesn`t have one!!

Kelly : I have some bad news! My family is moving! 2 Florida! My grandma wants to shift there!

Me : What in the world? R u kidding me? 

Emma : That sucks! Why do u have 2 move?

Kelly : IDK! Did I say it`s for gran? She wants to move 'cause she doesn`t have any pals here! Florida is full of these bingo oldies? 

Me : Uh, yep! I get her! Let`s meet in evening! Maybe we can convince her? 

Emma : Sure! We can try! What have we got to lose?

Kelly : Well, you will lose your bestie! 

Me :  Don`t be such a drama queen, K! Let`s meet at Starbucks?

Kelly : Fine! Ciao!

Emma : Yum! Bye bye! GTG!

Me : Okay, guys! Catch you later!
