My Simple Chana Sabji From Kerala

Simple Kadala Curry from Kerala
Boil Chana in a pressure cooker
Then chop one onion into small pieces
Also, chop little garlic
Take a Kadai
Add 2 teaspoons oil.
Once the oil gets hot add the chopped onions and garlic
Saute for a while
Then add curry leaves
Mix them well.
Add one teaspoon turmeric, chilly powder as per taste, dhaniya powder as per taste
Mix well
You can also add chopped single tomato
Please be sure that all are finely chopped
Then drain water from Chana
Add the boiled Chana into this Kadai
Mix well
Add salt as per taste
Mix well
Then add finely chopped coriander leaves for taste
Mix well
Chana Sabji is ready to serve.
You can eat it with piping hot rice
Garlic is very good as it has a lot of medicinal properties. It helps in beating gastric disorders.
Turmeric is also a cleanser. It kills bacteria.
