Manya, who is the daughter of an auto driver, made Manushi Chhillar feel proud.On Wednesday, Manasa Varanasi became the Miss India World 2020. After her win, the 23-year-old truly broke the internet. However, it is Miss India 2020 runner-up, Manya Singh who has piqued internet's curiosity, and has left everyone feeling super proud.

 Manya Singh, who hails from Uttar Pradesh, was crowned Miss India 2020 runner-up on Wednesday. She is the daughter of an autorickshaw driver.

In December 2020, Manya had narrated her life's story to Miss India before the pageant finale. After she was announced Miss India 2020 runner-up, her inspiring story, struggles and sheer hard work have gone viral once again. She is also winning praises all over the internet.

MANYA SINGH'S STORY

Talking about her struggles, Manya revealed that she had to spend many nights without food and sleep. She could not attend school as she had to start working very early. She said, "All the clothes I had were hand-me-downs. I yearned for books, but luck wasn't in my favour. Eventually, my parents mortgaged whatever little jewellery my mother had to ensure that I paid my exam fees in order to earn a degree. My mother has suffered a lot to provide for me."
