Isn't it a weird thing dad to remarry again at the age of 56?

In my opinion, I would definitely support you to move forward without any silkiness. Why am saying this to you dad, because I am settled abroad and you aren't coming with us, so unable to take care of your old age? You are lonely suffering in a big house not even have a single human to share your feelings. Actually, you could have been married years back, but afraid of breaking the unity in the family when a new member comes in amidst. Now your sons, daughters everyone got married and happily living and you're free to rethink about a remarriage. Don't overthink about how society is gone to deal with your remarriage. There is nothing to do with society, it's all up to your opinion. This isn't odd actually, remarriage is common now among older couples.

You are still young dad, handsome and good looking then what's the need for deterring.

Dad, you are a widower but the view of society is the same before and after except for the pain. But for a widow isn't the same, a drastic difference seems in their looks, behavior, and especially taboos. Giving life to such a person can mitigate their suffering. Some women who lost their husbands at a very young age didn't think about marriage because of the sensational issues gonna happen in their families. Don't they deserve a forward life??

Remarriage repaints the wishes of two unique souls, a chance to rebuild a beautiful friendship between each other. Remarriage isn't a contract that is really rejuvenating a soul to uphold life to look forward with an equal understanding to each other.

So on the very next occasion, we your children's are conducting a wedding for our dad. We are blessed kids that's why we can watch our dad's marriage very in front of our eyes. Our kids need a grandpa and granny to recite poems and narrate stories to them.

"Be a happy man and get prepared for your wedding soon ".
