Joy of Giving

Sneha and Sunil were excited, they were finally getting what they wanted. The excitement was palpable, they were eager to go out along with their parents and grandparents to the most popular outing that is the circus. Most of their friends already had seen the circus and had described the enjoyable experience they had. Sneha and Sunil were finally able to coax their parents to take them to the. Circus to watch the clowns, elephants, and other animals and their antics. Wow, what a joyous occasion it would be.

One weekend was allocated for this and all planned for the same. Sneha and Sunil had announced about this trip to their friends who too shared their joy for the impending Circus trip. So there they all got dressed up and started out. On reaching the venue that is the circus ground they saw a long queue with eager and excited kids their parents in tow waiting to buy tickets and embark on a pleasurable experience watching animals clowns etc. Parents and grandparents felt nostalgic to their childhood days and remembered the excitement they had about the circus.

So now the kids too feeling the same. Ok the queue seemed to get longer and suddenly they notice a family consisting of a couple and 5 children all neatly dressed in simple clothes, maintaining line manners and well behaved. Their innocent faces beaming with excitement about the circus obviously. As the queue proceeded Sneha and Sunil's father was at the counter picking up his tickets for the show when he overheard the couple talking about the cost of the tickets that seemed to be beyond their reach but were hesitating to go. back as this would disappoint the kids like anything. They stood aside discussing seriously amongst themselves when suddenly they hear a voice that says you seemed to have dropped your currency note, please take it. The man was quite surprised at this since he knew the note was not his but understood that Sneha's father was trying to sail. him out of this situation. It was God sent so he thought with an expression that was valuable beyond words.

Sneha and Sunil were so happy with what their father had done, so were the entire family. This gesture may not have cost the family a fortune but it was so big that it made. some innocent hearts happy enough for some time.
