French leave (bunk).

  

One day, my school friend just expressed his desire to come to my college. After our secondary school board examination, we were at a crossroad. So we opted the different courses as per our choice, ability, capacity, convenience and looking at our financial crises. Because of this, we were taken admission in two separate colleges which were equidistance from our birthplace. Both were attending the college daily without bunk by scheduled trains. we used to meet on many occasion at railway station. on one day, his train was too late. My train was about to come. He gotas Cold feet. He said that it would be useless, nonsense to go to college so late.

Since we were not coach potato. so I asked him to come my college with fun. We would meet with my new friends. He questioned me what about your periods. I replied that It would be bunk for dear friend. I told him first two periods were unimportant. Then there was a practical periods. That I would manage in future. You didn’t worry. He saw eye to eye to the proposal of mine . Then train arrived soon and we entered into compartment with other passengers. Generally ticket checker looking at body language of student passenger, don’t ask generally to show their monthly railway ticket. They are of the opinion that student equipped with school bag has his ticket . He followed me .we reached the station by the skin of our’s teeth, we came out of railway station to proceed to my college. it was throw’s stone from new railway station. During this much journey , he wasn’t to get trifle harm . Both were happy and excited to go college. Some more friend joined us who came by the same train. Then we entered to into college premises. My college friends were taken back to see odd ball with me. They were continuously watching us. Looking at our body language and other activities. They confirmed themselves that new boy should be his friend.  

        When we just reached at the standing group. All of them gave us warm welcome. I introduced my closest friend to my new friends. Then they asked, Lets celebrate your friends arrival to our college today. Then It was understood to had mass bunk in the class. Then we showed him our laboratories, library, function hall etc. Then all of us were enjoying the bunk with him. He was impressed by the college premises ,garden, playing ground, sport facilities, building and infra-structure available for study environment.

           After spending few hours, then we reached to new railway station which was hair’s breadth from the college. It was famous for Dalvada. I offered every body to enjoy Dalvada with tea. Everybody enjoyed the delicious railway dish. They thanked both , because of him, On that day,they enjoyed the dish. They thanked him for wonderful company. Both of us thanked them for sparing their valuable time. Then they asked us to go back to our town. They also went back to their home. We were waiting for the train. But it was too late. Meanwhile the train going in opposite direction to nearest city arrived. Then we decided to go see new released film in the city. .It was bite the bullet. We caught the train. We got down ourselves at bridge just near outer signal of the city. This act was to be turn out to be fatal. Then by known thief route to me, we reached the cinema hall. we purchased the tickets. There was a lot of time for beginning of film. So we reached to the nearest famous hotel. we ordered for famous dish, Dahivada. We enjoyed the Dahivada. He was very pleased by the dish and the maintance of the hotel. The waiter brought bill. We took it to counter. There was no rushed at counter at all. But master was talking over phone on some urgent important matter.  He was not attending us. Our film was about start. Then we kept the bill amount on the counter at the drop of a hat ,and left the hotel . Incidentally I carried the bill with me. As per procedure, it should be deposited with counter while making payment. Then we went to see the film. We were enjoying the film. Film hero was doing hot dog in the film. We were inspired and impressed by his stunt.

         In the interval ,just I had put my fingers in my pocket for some coins to purchase the roosted groundnuts. I found that hotel bill in my pocket. Looking at bill. Our sharp, active , mischievous, creative mind generated very wonderful idea of reuse of this bill. Both were planning how to execute this bite the bullet plan. Then we come to conclusion that we should go to same hotel in the evening. when there would be rush. After viewing the film ,we get freshed and combed our hairs like filmy hero. Dressed ourselves properly. We knew that it wasn’t bob’s our uncle. So we went there with exercise. As per plan we decided to occupy the seat just behind the master counter. We seated facing each other. Before ordering we checked the today’s evening bill. It was there in pocket. Then we asked the waiter to bring the menu .we selected number of items which we like very much. We ordered them to the waiter one-by-one , it was one’s in blue moon.

Therefore we were enjoying. When our capacity completely exhausted for further any item to be eaten. We asked him to bring tea with bill. Then we drunk the tea . We then asked the waiter about washroom. He showed us a way. We told him that after coming from wash room. we would directly go the counter for payment. we paid him fifty paisa as tip for his wonderful services. He was happy. He went for attending other customer.  Meanwhile we changed our seats. So that master may not noticed us. Then we went to wash-room. Get freshed. Then new bill kept in the pocket, it was too huge to read the amount. Took out old bill. Went to the counter. Paid the old bill amount to the counter manger by handing over the bill. He thanked with smile to us. We also smiled to him as we were successful in making the owner fool. Then we came back to railway station. Instead of purchasing the tickets. We purchased two platform for safety as per plan. In this way, we were successful in our mission bunk. We had night owl that day. 

           We were young with running time. During young period, young feels proud of every thing whether it is right or wrong. No body bothers about it. Now today we feel guilty as we had done so many ill things on that day. we degraded our moral and the character positively. We not only forced all college colleague for common bunk but also we kept our national property into loss. Furthermore, we tried to outshine to hotel owner by making him fool, not respected for his labour . We put our valuable life in danger when train was not stopped at platform, by getting down at outer most signal when it was in slow motion and about caught speed soon. It would be turn out to be fatal. It was really the shameful act by the citizen of the country. Of course ,We were a sandwich short of a picnic.
